• The MPD mix tank dosing system is supplied as a complete rig.

• Rigs are available in two sizes to support irrigation flow rates of up to 12m3/hour or up to 24m3/hour.

• Standard systems are supplied with 2 venturis. This can be expanded to 4 venturis to increase flow rates or cater for multiple stock tanks.

• Each fertilizer venturi injects at a rate of up to 3 litres/minute.

• Acid is injected at a rate of up to 0.1 litres/minute.

• The buffer tank allows accurate control over a wide range of irrigation flow rates and enables immediate swapping between fertiliser recipes.

• There is minimal user handling of acid. There is no foot valve in the acid tank. No dilution of acid is required. Acid always drains safely back into the acid barrel.

• Only one pH probe required which saves you time and maintenance costs.

• The mix tank system is intrinsically safe. Water passes through the rig once, and is dosed once to the correct level.

• The mix tank system can be used to dose your water storage tank. Simply replace the buffer tank with your water storage tank. Ideally suited to high irrigation flow rate applications i.e. greater than 24m3/hour and the dosing of bore hole water.
